WRONG NUMBER POSTED HERE! Just called the number provided here and spoke with a woman who stated she is unfamiliar with this business, but that the number is definitely hers.
This is hands down the best studio I have been to. It fits my needs exactly want to build strength. Real Strength! I want to feel confident doing this and I know that I am learning form correctly while getting to also work on my true favorite reformer Pilates. The combo is genius and the option to throw in HIT classes and cardio makes a well-rounded neighborhood option. I am certain that I will reach the strongest point in my life this year because of this studio. We are so lucky to have this in our neighborhood!
My partner and I found this place on google when we were considering moving to Osos. She can do Pilates and I can get back to lifting the way I used to. The classes are great the instructors are knowledgeable and we love supporting a couple doing the profession hey were meant to do.
