This is a great venue. Holds 80. Has an ice machine and drink barge. This space is clean and beautifully decorated. I used all 9 round tables for guests. There is a kitchen with a sink, big island to prep also a roller cart to bring in items like soda. We had a wonderful graduation party there and many guests were impressed how nice the venue was. 😁

The Blank Space is truly a blank canvas to host your event. The communication seemed to go well and expectations were very clear. One of the biggest hang ups I had was that it's not very ADA compliant for disabled folk. Between entering the building and the parking lot there were some challenges posed for us to hurdle getting my family members inside carefully. Otherwise, it's a nice space for what it is. Venue for my daughter's baby sprinkle shower, clean and a good size. This was our second time using this Space.
