Lived here for a year with my gf. Its super quiet, I can turn my truck on in the morning no problems while I eat breakfast. Maintenance follows up fast, met mr. reggie the supervisor he’s a cool dude handled my issues with ease. Office ladies are nice and professional too.
Be very careful when applying to this complex. They are purposely not transparent at all about their rental criteria yet they are demanding a $75 application fee and an UPFRONT NON REFUNDABLE $200 administrative fee. I received totally different information from the person who emailed me from the community, the leasing agent who I met in person, and their property's corporate office site.
