My mother recently moved into the Blake - Memory Care and I cannot say enough about the care and comfort she has experienced. Ballard and Clyde made what could have been a very stressful experience moving and getting her settled in her new home easy - they were so very accommodating. These are not easy decisions for families to make but the Blake staff was there to support us during this transition. You can tell Ballard truly cares about the facility and more importantly the residents!
The Blake has been an amazing experience for my grandparents. The facility is new and well maintained. The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. Pricing is reasonable for all that they do. Highly recommended them for your assisted living and memory care needs.
Deciding on an assisted/memory care community is a tough decision for families. Reetu treated my client with respect and kindness while explaining the many benefits of being a resident at The Blake. Reetu is a true professional who follows up with out of town family members on conference calls so the family is included on care plans.
