An excellent experience. First of all, special thanks to Ashley for making the process as easy as possible. My wife and I wanted to just get away for our anniversary for a weekend, but as primary caregivers it can be so hard to find trustworthy care on relatively short notice. Most facilities in the area wanted a minimum of 21-30 days for Respite Services in the area, but The Blake at Hamlin accommodated our 4 day stay. The staff have become very rude the residents don’t get changed and checked on like they are suppose to the try and clean every up when they know the state and or owner is coming there’s roaches in the rooms I will never recommend this place ever again to anyone please don’t put your family in this place they lie and cover their eyes to fowl behavior from management right down to the lower staff and most of the staff that is lying on these reviews so do you research before I don’t recommend

Blair Baijnauth the new Executive Director is the best director that the Blake has ever had! She genuinely pours her heart and soul into the community so the residents, and staff flourish with the best care. My Mom has been a resident since day one, and she just moved to memory care. Special thank you to Morgan for taking care of my Mom as well.
