Amazing facility! Always clean. Friendliest staff. The BEST assisted living facility I’ve ever been in, hands down!
Nice facility with inconsistent service. My mother in law was a resident for 11 years. Some of the PAs are excellent, some are cold and uncaring. Nursing level staff is very good. Upper level management is unresponsive to calls and emails. Difficult to get a response when there is a problem requiring a response beyond what the PAs can provide. Frustrating to deal with from a family perspective.
The Blake is a beautiful caring place for our loved ones!
