I can't WAIT for July 28th, 2016 so I can get out of this place!!! There is a TERRIBLE roach problem that they won't fix. I came home from work and opened my fridge to ROACHES crawling around my food. I told them I wanted to file a claim for my food because who wants food from a roach infested fridge? They told me because it was the first time hearing of roaches in my fridge they won't file a claim for my food I threw away even though I have receipts from my most recent trip to Kroger. Everything Good So Far...
My daughter has been requesting maintenance for at least 9 weeks due to an extremely loud sound coming from inside the walls. It occurs at all hours of the night. She even sent the office staff a video from inside her room in which the sound can be heard loud and clear on September 9th. Nothing has been done to fix this after multiple visits, emails, and phone calls to the office. I can’t recommend The Blake due to this issue and many other prior issues.
I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at upointe Kennesaw. The rent is $679 flat fee. With everything included (lights, water, electricity, washer and dryer, pool, game room, vollyball court, and fully furnished) please message me if you are interested. You can also come by and tour if you would like to.
