This is possibly the worst student housing in the area. Roaches are horrible!!! Management could care less. Property is unsafe, ungated, and no cameras allowing for break-ins and creepy unwanted people loitering in the parking lot. They will charge you ridiculous power overages every month with no justification and claim they can’t do anything about it and to call the power company which literally gets you no where seeing as how the account is not in your students name. My daughter and her roommates have lived at the Blake for 3+ years. They are good tenants. They inquired about re-upping their lease. They were told that the leasing office can not tell them if they can. the person at the desk told them "the property is being audited, so they wont be able to tell them for a few weeks." They left multiple messages for the GM, Jamal Jones, through the front desk employees and the answering service. They never got a response. Poor management and staff! I think that is because the complex is geared toward students the staff feels no need to be professional and the staff is aware that they can get away with some things that would normally be intolerable. The Operations Manager is very hard of hearing and will over talk you. Look else where!
Looking for someone to take over my lease @ stadium village! $619 a month 4br/4ba with 3 roommates! Fully furnished & electricity/wifi/cable/huge tv included. You can move in asap. I've already paid nov rent and will pay december's and January's depending on move in date! Thanks! :)
