My wife and I moved into The Blair Apartments on Aug 29, 2025. Since then Property Manager Michelle Fitzpatrick has professionally assisted us at every turn, promptly answering questions in a timely manner while making herself available regarding issues about our unit and the neighborhood. She consistently displays a pleasant demeanor, patiently addressing any property issues or concerns. Michelle is a pleasure to work with. We're glad to be here.
We moved into this property in October and simply love the place! Meg, the leasing agent, was amazingly helpful, very nice, and accessible by text, chat, and email. She couldn't have made things easier for us to make such a big decision. She even let us come back a 2nd time to look at the place so I could show my adult kids, who are both in college. I'm relatively new here, but everything has been done as it should have. Onboarding was outstanding and Megan and Michelle are knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful.
I have been living here for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say! Our onsite manager is fabulous, and so are the custodial staff. They clean the lobby, stairwells, corridors, and community laundry rooms daily so the place always feels welcoming and comfortable. The apartments themselves are functional and comfortable, too. Mine was updated about a year before I moved in - nice new kitchen counters, cupboards, and new bathroom vanity. My only desired improvement would be hard floors throughout.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience living at The Blair Apartments. We loved our two-bedroom unit, especially the bay window with a view of the Cathedral and Selby Ave. The apartment is charming and clean, and Michelle is absolutely wonderful to work with. We will greatly miss living here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
