The leasing office manager (a lady about 6ft tall and heavier) was rude and disrespectful to my partner and I. She was actively homophobic and used a gay slur towards us (under her breath) I will not repeat on here. There is no way anyone should be considering this apartment complex as a viable place to live until management is replaced.
