This is a great place to live! The staff are especially responsive, courteous, and professional. Special kudos to Michelle in the leasing office for being very attentive to residents. The building is particularly clean and well maintained.

It’s great to have a leasing company that you can depend on. Staff is friendly, helpful and most of all available. The apartments are modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff (particularly Michelle) are also friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I particularly appreciate that she is on-site and available during business hours every week.
The Blair Boutique Apartment's are absolutely remarkable im historic ole St.Paul--- very spacious, secured access, and it's a plus during those cold winter days....underground heated parking!! Five star affordable housing. Michelle is so essy to work with-- the whole team is friendly. The best part is it's a pet friendly community!!!
