I have been living here for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say! Our onsite manager is fabulous, and so are the custodial staff. They clean the lobby, stairwells, corridors, and community laundry rooms daily so the place always feels welcoming and comfortable. The apartments themselves are functional and comfortable, too. Mine was updated about a year before I moved in - nice new kitchen counters, cupboards, and new bathroom vanity. My only desired improvement would be hard floors throughout.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience living at The Blair Apartments. We loved our two-bedroom unit, especially the bay window with a view of the Cathedral and Selby Ave. The apartment is charming and clean, and Michelle is absolutely wonderful to work with. We will greatly miss living here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I was a tenant of The Blair for the last two years, and I had an incredibly positive experience. Michelle, our building manager, goes above and beyond to not only make sure all of our needs are met, but that we feel like valued members of the community. Life sent me in a different direction, but I had just the best time living at The Blair, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Summit Hill neighborhood! Great management, great facilities, great area.
I love living here at the Blair. My husband and I have been living here for several years and when the latest management company took over a couple years ago, they really improved everything about the living experience here. They replaced old windows, redid the laundry rooms, updated our HVAC units and have had nice events for the residents. I've really enjoyed living here! The Blair apartments is always clean, and any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Michelle, the property manager, is super responsive and easy to work with—she really cares about keeping things running smoothly. It's been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!
