My daughter and I stopping for dinner last night and wow, so glad we did. From the lovely greeting from the owner to the superb service and did ai mention the food!?! We started with the ham biscuits served with apple butter. My daughter had the fried chicken and I had the meatloaf. Everything was absolutely amazing! Don’t miss this place if you are in Blacksburg!
As other reviewers have stated, this is a sweet and pretty restaurant and it's nice that the owner, Dan, goes around and greets everyone. He seems very sincere about wanting people to have a great dining experience so I'm going to share both the good and the bad here. Mostly, there is good. We ate there for the first time yesterday evening. It was all very good and ample portions. The cornbread was the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely visit again.
Lovely experience. Service was fast, food was wonderful.
