First time staying at a B&B and it was wonderful. Great location, next to college while visiting my son. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend !!
Stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. This is hospitality done right!!! Meaghan and Gail were so sweet and accommodating, and breakfast was so delicious every morning. The rooms are simply stunning and the whole inn has been recently updated incredibly tastefully. Great location in North Amherst. Why stay at an app-found short term rental when you can stay somewhere like this?? We can’t wait to stay again soon!!
Our stay at the Black Walnut Inn was wonderful! The furnishings were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was immaculate...all making for a great stay. The breakfast was delicious! And those muffins and banana bread - wow! They were absolutely fabulous! We even spent time visiting with the chickens. They are so beautiful and friendly. This is a beautiful spot. My fiancé and I just got engaged this weekend and spent the second night of our two day road trip from Boston to Portsmouth, NH to Amherst at The Black Walnut and we stayed in The Black Walnut Suite.
