Drove all the way over here to find a place that is closed and has no store hours. Company is maybe out of business. I can’t believe I spent money on this website.
Flew across the country only to find my tuxedo had not arrived. It took a half-hour on hold for Mary (a Black Tux rep.) to tell me, "We never sent [your tuxedo]. We don't know why." Mary promised to FedEx the tuxedo, then called an hour later to tell me it can't be done. The next day, after I had bought a local tuxedo, FedEx notified me the tuxedo had been sent (the day of the wedding).
