⚠️ Warning – Poor customer service and serious inconvenience My rental was shipped to the wrong address due to The Black Tux’s mistake, not mine. Because of their error, I had to personally coordinate recovery, contact neighbors and friends, and pay out of pocket to ship the tux to Puerto Rico so I wouldn’t miss my event. Customer service initially promised full reimbursement, then later backtracked and offered only 50%, which is unacceptable given the situation. The experience at Black Tux was great! I wanted to get all of my measurements done by a professional, rather than doing them myself. I highly recommend going in to have a Black Tux representative fit you. Ron was my Black Tux representative, and he was extremely helpful in fitting me with the correct sizing. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Black Tux for wedding rentals from now on.
I had a great experience at Black Tux in Torrance. John helped me from day one, and I came in a couple of times for fittings. He was patient, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. His attention to detail with tailoring was excellent, and he made sure everything fit just right. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy or rent a suit or tux—you’ll be in good hands with John.
