We booked an appointment with Janet today to look for my fiancés tuxedo for our wedding! The process went very smoothly and it was so nice to be able to try on different colors and sizes. Janet was extremely helpful and was able to order exactly what we wanted! We will be using them again in the future 😊
New Edit: After some help from support, I placed a fresh order and it arrived, product was packaged well and seems to be of good quality. Heads up: Tailoring is not included for purchased items, only for rented ones. Consistently difficult to get help over the phone with long wait times. Difficult to find support when inevitable issues with their website pop up. Cart seems to wipe itself automatically, and logging in only works on iOS. Very helpful associates in store though.
Horrible experience today with an associate named Janet. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my friend and fiancée. She acted like we were annoying her asking her questions about the fitting process. We were late to our appointment that I had set at 3pm and she kept telling me I did not set an appointment. We had such a great experience with Janet! She was so warm and friendly. Super knowledgeable and helped us out with every part of our order!! We felt heard and cared for!! So excited for the suit to come in!!
