What a great customer service experience. Shai made time for me when I had misunderstood the need for an appointment and walked me through all of the options and styles in an equally kind and helpful manner. I would certainly recommend anyone to The Black Tux and in particular to Shai who went out of his way to help me out.
Amazing service with Randy - he was very attentive and helpful. We had 3 people in our party and he took his time and explained everything.
Wow! This is what customer service is about! We had an apt for a tux fitting and got to the area early. We stopped at the store not realizing they didnt open until 11am, and the gentleman was very welcoming- he didnt even have the store lights on yet. He could have easily told us to come back at our scheduled time, but instead he welcomed us and continued with the appointment.
