These guys are incredibly professional! We live in London, I’m from Donegal, and my now-husband is American. We chose Will's suit and the groomsmen's outfits with ease, and the team was so quick and attentive in getting everything sorted. With the men in the bridal party all based in America and only arriving in Ireland five days before the wedding, The Black Tie Showroom made it all work seamlessly, and everyone looked amazing. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
I highly recommend The Black Tie Showroom. They had exactly the type of suit I wanted and offered exceptional service for myself and my groomsmen getting suited and booted. They made sure we were happy and the suits fitted perfectly.
I had the job of returning the suits from my son’s wedding. The suits fitted ok for everyone In returning the suits a pair of trousers had a white mark on them and was told by the manager that they would have to go to the dry cleaners and withheld 50pounds from the deposit and if the mark didn’t come out they will hold on to the 50 pounds .
