We needed a tuxedo for an event. My husband called down mid week. Fully fitted and reasonable price. He looked fabulous on the night. Return was easy and deposit fully returned. Service excellent. Very professional. Beautiful range of suits to hire or buy. One stop shop for all accessories.
Incredible service. My brother accidentally left his shoes for his wedding and they drove 1hr and a half to drop it off for his wedding.
Black Tie Showroom provided a great experience and excellent rental tux. They also stepped in and saved a groom from missing a piece of his outfit. They went above and beyond, driving two hours to make sure every outfit was perfect.
Reached out to dozens of suit hire places for my wedding, and Craig was the only one to promptly respond and plan things out months in advance. Great service. Went above and beyond (literally drove 1.5 hours when we needed something). Would highly recommend!!
