Not sure what happened since 2024 when we visited last. The restaurant was empty when we came in for lunch. The shepherds pie was very small and mostly potatoes and lacked flavor ($28!?!). The host who sat us was less than warm and friendly. Felt like we were imposing. We used to love it here but unfortunately will not be returning.
Party room with the u-shaped table so we had our backs to each other. Small menu and waitress did not listen to the requests to leave items off the orders. Service was very slow and we were never checked on once the food was served.
We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The atmosphere is cute, but the food and drinks just did not live up to the menu or the price point. I ordered a Porn Star Martini and genuinely did not enjoy it, and the replacement drink wasn’t enough to turn things around. The food was also underwhelming and nothing I’d come back for. Walking in, the hostess was extremely friendly, the bartender on staff greeted us immediately and our server Aidan greatly accommodated us. The food and drinks we ordered came out perfect.
