RecommendedThey have a phenomenal October fall menu right now. Start your evening out with a pumpkin spice brandy old fashioned sweet, have a beet and goat cheese bruschetta or squash bisque for an appetizer and the sweet potato gnocchi is to die for! End with their apple cobbler with homemade caramel sauce. Some of those didn’t sound good to me but glad I stepped outside my comfort zone to try. The food is amazing! Lamb shank and grits. The meat loaf is out of this world good too. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The Black Sheep is fantastic. They’re supportive of the community, and in turn the community supports it. With an ever changing, locally sourced, affordable menu. The Black Sheep and staff are creative, and inviting. A true diamond in the rough in southern Wisconsin.
