Dealing with Black Dirt Company was a breeze! I ordered 2 yards of screened topsoil, and it could not have been an easier process. The delivery driver communicated well in advance so I could prepare for his arrival, and was very courteous! While moving the topsoil around my yard I was incredibly impressed with how clean, and well screened the soil was. I couldn't find a single stick, rock, root, or debris of any kind. I will gladly order from Black Dirt Company again in the future! Cheers!
Awesome products at great prices! Customer service it top notch! Was served by a labourer named Rydan today (July 9/26) who went absolutely above and beyond helping me with a complicated order, and his attitude was nothing short of exceptional! I’m hooked now! If Rydan’s customer service is their standard for hiring, I’m a customer for life! He definitely earned my loyalty.
Great experience dealing with these guys. I live in South Edmonton and it was cheaper and faster to have The Black Dirt Company deliver than any of the other local Edmonton landscape centers. Everyone was extremely friendly from the sales staff to the drivers delivering my material. Everything was on time and as expected. I will absolutely use this company again and would highly recommend.
