I have been a tenant for almost 2 years here. Sad to move out. One of the best experiences. You will have a great landlord! Ray and his wife helped me a lot in almost every challenge in my life. They were more like a friend than a landlord. They dis not hesitate to help if anything went wrong in the apartment, always polite and helpful. The unit is pretty equipped well and has everything you need for a furnished apartment and stay. Also very good frequent cleaning that is included in the rent. Wish you all the best Ray!
The Bitcoin Building is a great place to live. Right downtown where the summer market is. Walking distance to the river, bars and restaurants. Its right across from a great cafe, March 21. It was very quiet at night, I count even hear a storm or fireworks on July 1st weekend. The landlord is great and personable and very responsive. Amazing building and excellent location, Ray has thought of everything to ensure tenants have a safe and comfortable stay. The building and units are very clean and Ray is the best landlord you could ask for, very responsive and trustworthy.
Such a nice, clean and well-maintained building. Ray is an awesome landlord, very attentive and organized. You'll have everything you need in a short term rental, beautifully furnished all-inclusive with utilities, internet, and house cleaning every 2 weeks. I highly recommend it.
Stayed at the Bitcoin building while working in town for 3 months. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Beautiful 3 bedroom suite balcony ( also balcony access from master bedroom). They thought of every detail. Location to amenities and restaurants is great. Saturday morning farmers market right outside your front door in the summer was fantastic. The housekeeping attention to detail is exceptional. Thanks for the memories.
