I ordered the Italian sandwich on focaccia bread. The sandwich tasted good, however, the bread was toasted way too much, one side looked almost burnt. The bread was very hard, it hurt the roof of my mouth. Our food took 45 minutes to get (we had to ask for it!), and I was too hungry to wait longer, so I chose to eat the hard sandwich. Also, the bread and oil order for $10, only had 4 small, very thin slices, which were extra toasted, hard, and would not absorb the oil to taste, I had to pour the oil on the bread! Very fun place to go for lunch. Nice gift shop and wonderful olive oils.
The food at the bistro was so good, the wait for it felt a bit long but worth the wait.
Staff are super nice and food is alright but waiting ruined my day. I was excited to try all the dishes they had. Only to be faced with delay of an hour of ordering and asking for my food. Ruined my experience. Bad vibes.
