We ordered the prime rib Benedict and Big "F" Burrito. The burrito has the best wet sauce or "chorizo gravy" I have ever had, light airy and completely delicious. The Benedict sauce was equally delicious light and airy and somehow maintained it's structure under the toppings making each bite as good as the first.
There is something truly special about the Bistro at Shuksan. A scenic views and bold flavors such a perfect date spot in Bellingham that combines a relaxed, upscale atmosphere with food that actually packs a punch, The Bistro at Shuksan is it. The Fried Shrimp Po Boy were fried to a perfect golden crunch-light and airy, never greasy. Best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had.
Food was amazing place looks amazing if your into golf or just good food in general prices are very good for the quality and the head chef came out and asked how I liked the food and also offered cheesecake which I took which was insanely good as well definitely would recommend coming here I will be for sure coming back soon!
