The food and drinks were excellent. I had the NY Steak Sandwich and a really good Margarita. It was nice to sit on the deck and eat overlooking the golf course.
We ordered the prime rib Benedict and Big "F" Burrito. The burrito has the best wet sauce or "chorizo gravy" I have ever had, light airy and completely delicious. The Benedict sauce was equally delicious light and airy and somehow maintained it's structure under the toppings making each bite as good as the first.
There is something truly special about the Bistro at Shuksan. A scenic views and bold flavors such a perfect date spot in Bellingham that combines a relaxed, upscale atmosphere with food that actually packs a punch, The Bistro at Shuksan is it. The Fried Shrimp Po Boy were fried to a perfect golden crunch-light and airy, never greasy.
