I had a scheduled c-section here on July 28th, and it could not have gone smoother. My OB, Dr. Lee from Monarch Women's Wellness, and the team in the OR were amazing. I gave birth in February at this hospital. The staff was so attentive. Everyone was so supportive and made the experience very comfortable. I gave birth with Dr. Jordan. she was amazing! And SHOUT OUT to the nursing staff very professional and caring. unfortunately, my baby had to go to the NICU during the time there but the staff made me feel so comfortable and supported me through the whole experience. 10/10 experience
I had a wonderful experience, I gave birth almost 3 months ago, and the experience was so wonderful because of one amazing nurse Courtney Schmid. It was an ok experience. Nurses short staffed but had many rooms available. Was scheduled for an induction on a Fri at 8 am but couldn't come in until 2 due to nurse availability. Once in room registration process took like an hr. Some nurses were there just because it's their job and others truly enjoyed their jobs, were happy, and went above and beyond. I was originally scheduled to be induced on March 2nd at 8:00 PM. However, the unit was full, so they told me I would be called in as soon as there was space available and they kept their word. I received a call the next day, March 3rd at 6:00 PM. (Just sharing the timeline so you don’t feel anxious, they will call you as soon as they can!).
