This has been the most miserable birthing experience for my spouse so far. There is great inconsistency and lack of knowledge amongst the care staff. The communication has been even worse. She has no been able to rest one minute after delivery because of faulty equipment and lack of care from staff to do anything about it. If at all possible avoid having a child at this facility.
I had my little man in March. The four stars are only for the nurses. Because they were awesome! They would actually get 5 stars if it were a review on them alone. They made me feel safe and cared for through my entire, very long labor. They were all helpful and very attentive. Becky, Kenzie, Mercedes, Ann, Ashton, and others were among some of the nurses there that were great. Other than that, I do not have nice things to say about both of the anesthesiologists I had. The nurses here are great but the rooms are outdated and the experience was underwhelming. There was not anything done to celebrate baby being born making the experience feel less special compared to others. We also didn’t have a functioning shower or toilet during our stay. After having a baby, not being able to shower or flush a toilet is pretty crazy! Hope they work on making this experience better for future moms.
Someone forged medical records from this place to show my wife positive for marijuana when her test had come back clean. CPS did an investigation and found that the hospital had forged documents to go after a personal vendetta against us for what reason we do not even know but they did. Our case was closed after thirty days because of a false report from the hospital staff about this case. If they have done this to us it's very likely they have done it to others and still do it now.
