This place is amazing. Some of the kindest, most caring people on planet earth. We started our journey at the midwifery-Jen, Julie and Dr Kaplan were all so involved and helpful. Hearing out my wife’s wants while also guiding us to the best choices. Then the entire nursing staff after the c section and leading up to it were amazing. Only moving to Castle Rock 5 weeks before delivery, I was concerned about finding a new care team so late in my pregnancy who would be a good fit. Immediately, I knew that the AdventHealth Midwifery and OB/GYN at Castle Rock was the right choice for me. Julie, Barbara, Jen and Dr. Kaplan all serve the patient and their needs first. I gave birth here in October 2024. The majority of our nurses were wonderful, caring, and helpful. However, most of our experience was terrible owing to: 1) There were 3 nurses that were rude, unprofessional, and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. 2) Their policies were unclear. I just gave birth to my first baby here. All of my preferences were accommodated and I was treated with the most gentle care during labor and delivery. Thank you so much to the nurses (Linda, Robin, Sierra) and Dr. Lennon for an unforgettable experience.
