"Have you had a memorable experience?" Yes, twice. Aug 2020 & July 2023. Nothing majorly wrong or drastic. The care the nurses provided was good. I had to go to OR both times for hemorrhaging (once was avoidable) I remember one AMAZING nurse from each experience. I also remember some OK nurses. The worst part is shift change (this goes for any medical setting). I used Monadnock OBGYN for my OB care; they are a good and close-knit group. I had 2 very different experiences delivering here but they were both beautiful. My first baby was stillborn and I was taken care of with such love and support. My next experience there was happy and I was able to enjoy the process and facility more. The suites are big and really nice. You get to stay in the same room for recovery as you delivered in which is not the case at all hospitals. It's beautiful and the staff is wonderful.
I literally cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here. If I could give it 1000 stars I absolutely would. My first birth at a different hospital in CT was horrible and absolutely traumatizing and giving birth here showed me what labor is SUPPOSED to be like. Every single nurse/ doctor went above and beyond for me and my baby boy. They made me feel like a human and not just a patient, they encouraged me, supported me and took amazing care of me and my son. If I EVER have any more babies I will 100% be doing it ... read more
