Horrible post labor experience and horrible patient advocate services , also sent a letter to corporate office and got ignored. Gave birth in January 2023, as soon as I labored my husband had to leave for a few minutes. During the time I was alone with the baby a nurse started asking me questions about Ukraine and Russia and the territory and wars and such. It was literally an hour or so after labor. I’m Russian and her curiosity or whatever motive she had was not pleasant to me especially when I was so vulnerable and weak. ... read more

What a beautiful hospital and sweet staff. Such an odd thing to say but their operation room for my c section was beautiful. I was so scared especially since I’ve never been to a hospital and the thought of going into an operation room where I was assuming it was all metal and cold was just chilling. I just want to say how absolutely thankful I am for everyone at this hospital in labor and delivery. I had a lot of complications with my delivery and my health afterwards, and I felt so supported and loved by all of the staff. It truly feels like they love you and your baby. The nurses and baby doctors, and the nursing coaches, just all of them were so amazing I can’t say it enough. If you’re having a baby, even if it’s a bit of a distance to this hospital, I absolutely recommend having your baby with them.

My wife and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl on 04/24/2022 at CCH. The staff was amazing and the level of care and attention they gave us was amazing. There was a critical issue that happened hours after the birth and Those nurses kept me calm while they worked on my wife. Those Nurses are my heroes, that while department is amazing. The staff was always friendly and caring and made sure we were always ok. They have a pantry there and the hospital feeds everyone who is there in the room. RN Heidi, RN Jess ( Nurse with hun ... read more
