Shadi was amazing! Very supportive, always available and willing to support. I would recommend Shadi strand and the birth companions to any first time mom trying to navigate labor and delivery and wanting to make an informed decision.
I chose Taylor as my doula, and she proved to be an invaluable source of support, especially given the complications during my pregnancy and early delivery. For someone without a complete support network, Taylor was excellent in both communicating with the hospital staff and offering mental encouragement. She was extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and exceptionally caring. Her presence throughout my entire labor definitely made the process much calmer and more comfortable than I had anticipated.
