I loved coming here for my well woman care after experiencing neonatal loss. Please! Be very mindful of this place! (especially if your a POC) The staff here downplay patient symptoms and almost caused my sister to give birth in the parking lot. After repeated attempts ringing the doorbell and calling etc. They FINALLY opened the door 20 minutes AFTER the discussed time. They then proceeded to brush her off so much that when she gave birth they barely had the water running. The Birth Center changed my life! From the very first appointment i felt like the staff at TBC actually cared about my well-being. At every appointment i felt like my questions were welcomed and answered fully, the midwives shared so much of their knowledge with me and encouraged me in my pregnancy.
