I have had haircuts from multiple stylists here and always walk out loving my hair. It’s been hard to find a place I can trust since I moved to NYC. So happy to have found them! My current stylist is Kara and she is wonderful!
The salon is beautiful and the front desk worker is so kind. I came in for a reshape: curtain bangs, face-framing, and layers like my hair was already cut but grown out; but ended up with short, straight bangs that don’t suit my face and minimal layering for my thick hair. The stylist was kind and had good intentions, and I felt too bad in the moment to speak up, but the result wasn’t what I requested or wanted.
