Not great. Long wait over my appointment time today and had to leave due to work commitments. Waited 5 week for this appointment and now have to wait another 6 weeks! It’s disrespectful to not inform people of a long wait. If I had known I could have phoned work and tried to change things if I had been late I would have been turned away. I understand that sometimes things run over but when it’s nearly half an hour, let us know! After Having a nasty fall on New Year’s Day and incurring a large and deep wound on my forearm. I was seeing the practice nurses twice a week for dressing changes they were very professional and chatty it was a pleasure to attend. I would like to say many thanks to all concerned for a superb service 😊.
My wife and I have both had wonderful service from the practice. The staff are. Pleasant and as helpful as they can be. The doctors are always great and quickly refers us to hospitals or consultants as necessary.
The staff are very polite and efficient, but as with all doctors it takes weeks to get a routine appointment
