After it has merged with Oak tree, it has become awful. The receptionist should be trained on soft skills and how to speak with respect to others.
Absolutely appalling attitude by the staff when I needed to get my medication. Left me over the Easter period without any of my medication, meaning I ended up in hospital. My thoughts are with those that have to deal with them in the future. I've moved to another doctors elsewhere now.
A terminally ill cancer patient was refused an appointment to see a Dr because the receptionist staff said “The GP cannot change doses of pain medication, you need to ask Macmillan nurse”. After the Macmillan team had advised us to contact GP to review pain meds due to side effects. For some reason the receptionists only give you appointments if you get frustrated and ask for the practice managers email to write a complaint. Absolutely incompetent reception staff.
Terrible. Don't call back when they say they will
worst surgery i’ve ever registered with, every time i call never had any appointment . receptionist are always rude specially when you sound foreigner.
