Brilliant surgery, caring team, always helpful and goes the extra mile
The Doctors and staff here are the friendliest bunch. They are genuine and caring and having had plenty of dealings with the practice since 2018 mostly to present, I can’t fault the practice or the staff. It would be unfair to criticise wait times etc as I’d imagine this is an NHS issue, however appointments are often punctual.
Had to have some vaccinations and I'm petrified of needles !!! Michelle the nurse at the practice was as usual her lovely friendly self and not only did she put me at ease I didn't even feel the needle....all that worry for nothing what a credit she is to the surgery thanks again.
Re-registering with this GP was an unnecessarily lengthy process, riddled with issues that dragged on for months and required an absurd number of phone calls. Their booking system is equally frustrating—I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time and planned my work accordingly, only to return to my phone 20 minutes before the appointment and find 3 missed calls from hours earlier, claiming I’d missed the appointment.
The nurse Michelle was so reassuring and made me feel extremely comfortable for my first ever cervical screening. What a credit to the birches she is!
