My husband lives at The Birches Assisted Living, and I’m grateful for the care he receives. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, and the environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. I canceled an appointment with my therapist before the 24 hour deadline and yet I was charged and when I reached out to Birches they of course said the therapist reported I did not cancel on time. Corporate greed took over and I was informed that I would not receive a refund. Terrible company.

My relative has been living at Birches for the last 6 months and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Yes, It’s a beautiful building, but the most important thing is that the staff is awesome. They are very welcoming and attentive to the needs of the residence. It’s truly a thriving community. This goes for every department on staff. The Birches is a very family oriented organization. The staff is competent & compassionate, helping your loved one feel cared for and welcomed. They are accommodating & work well with families to provide outstanding care & a comfortable living environment for the residents. Having a broad range of experience with similar facilities, we have found The Birches to be one of the best options out there for assisted living.

My mother recently moved her from another facility. The care and concern that has been shown to her and our family has been exceptional. The move in process, even in the midst of Covid, was made easy. I am continually impressed by how kind and caring all the members of the team are. They genuinely seem to like their jobs--which was not the experience that we had previously. The communication with staff is excellent.
