I booked with The Birch Stays on 2 occasions. My first experience went off without a hitch. More recently, by coincidence alone, I uncovered the rental I reserved a year in advance was no longer available to be rented. While I understand this happens, there was no proactive communication on behalf of The Birch Stays to make me aware of the cancelation and a proactive refund was not provided. The Birch Stays is no longer a business I trust to make accommodations with for cherished time with family and friends.
