Horrible service! I ended up in the hospital ER and after being a client for years, I talked to Kathy she is a terrible manager and the way she handled my situation after me ending up super sick in the ER after a shot, she was totally out of place requested HIPAA protected documents & was super Rude. Please watch out for those injections who knows what they're putting in them and forget about having them be responsible for anything after. They'll use it against you . Just like Kathy did!
