I really didn’t know what to expect but how bad could a breathing workshop be on a Sunday evening. It was so incredible. I have been carrying pain in my jaw and in my back shoulder blade for I don’t know how long about an hour in with some targeted pressure points. I started to release that pain during the release. I felt very warm and a very mild vibration, which I was warned about I’m looking forward to gifting this to my young children and myself. THANK YOU NICK
If I could give negative stars, I would. Not a trauma-informed or safe experience I paid a high price for a session with Nick, hoping for support and healing during a difficult life transition. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, unsafe, and deeply uncomfortable. The session lacked communication, grounding, and presence -essential elements when working with clients in vulnerable states.
