I had a tenant pass away and Bio-Clean was not only able to come up with a reasonable quote compared to 4 other San Diego vendors, but they also dispatched for service same day! BioClean Team does it all. I say that because they helped us clean up a location that was nearly unsafe to work in for our crew. It was an abandoned location filled with rat feces and whatever that was there...They were able to clean it up and treat it so that it became a safe environment for the crew. Run, don't walk.!!! When a loved one passed away, we called numerous companies to get bids to help with clean-up in the home. It was a tragic time. We were quoted $1800 on the phone. It was the cheapest we could find. My daughter signed the contract. My stepdaughter let them in to complete the work. Upon entering the home, no one from the company notified either my daughter, my stepdaughter or myself, Trustee of the estate, that the total cost would be $4400. They just e-mailed me a bill !!!
