After 10 years, I'm now legally allowed to divulge my experiences. I was framed by a jealous boss who I caught cheating on his wife. I got fired without question, he got promoted. I guess I'll get a "PR Response" which will give the illusion that you are doing the right thing. There is no smoke without fire, and too many people and previous employees have too many negative things to say. I used to work in the Elisa Department and it was great, then I was moved to the Freelite department where the manager was Claire. I experienced the most amount of racism and dehumanisation I have experienced in my whole life. I remember all I did was speak up as I saw soo much wrong doing from the managers above me. That used to be besties and go on holiday together, this was Jill one of the names, however would walk around in heels in a lab and didn’t even used to clean or test machines properly!! Would be good to know what happened to that money that was promised to staff when Werfen took over. We were strung along and promised options and bonuses that never materialised. Horrible work culture.
