The owner is a dishonest thief. He's the kind of mechanic that gives mechanics a bad name. He tried to charge me full price for a new front bumper. When I picked the car up, I pointed out the fact it was the same bumper that I had. It still had all the scratches from parking lot curbs on the bottom of the painted bumper. He just rigged it up to look like it wasn't damaged and hoped I wouldn't notice it was the same bumper I had from before.
