Brought my newly purchased Bmw 740 to the Bimmershop for a leaking air strut. Scott told me from the beginning he was swamped with work and said since it was an emergency he would take a look at it. Brought the car in the next day for it to sit there for over a week with hin giving me a run around on diagnosis telling me he cant really diagnose it because he has to pyschically uninstall the strut and see where its leaking from. I brought my 2016 X6 to the Bimmer Shop with a number of issues that many other mechanics were unable to diagnose or fix but The Bimmer Shop was able to bring my car back to life. Juan explained everything to me in detail each step of the way so that I could understand the issues at hand and what needed to be done.
