Beautiful place and so are they people who work there, I'm excited to move there when my lease is up at my current residence.
Save yourself the headache and don't move here. Don't let the big sign out front fool you, read the reviews for yourself. These apartments are nothing but scams. - Maintenance lost the key to my apartment and never informed me until months later when they couldn't access my unit. These apartments are falling apart and the owners are blaming current residents when they move out. Their maintenance team cannot keep up with the demand and do not fix the issues. Bricks are falling from the top floors. There is trash left everywhere as well as dog poop. Residents drive at high speeds in the parking lot due to a limited number of speed bumps. Do not move here, all they are is a money grab. I lived there for 5 years, always paid rent on time, kept the place clean, quiet, etc. I knew I may be getting a new work assignment and my lease would expire and I would only need to live there a few more months. I talked to the leasing office about extending my lease a few more months and they said it would be no problem, just to let them know once I knew so then it could be done. Do not move here. There is dog poop everywhere. Some residents even let their dogs use the bathroom on their porches. The apartments smell like cigarettes. Management doesn’t care. Maintenance is terrible and never shows up when they are scheduled. They will just enter whenever they want to, unannounced.
