They are scammers - I moved out of the apartment in May 2024 - they have still not returned my deposit money. My emails are constantly ignored and I am being asked to speak to a third party to get the refund back who then refers me back to greystar- no one in grey star management has the courtesy to solve this issue and give me my deposit back. Don’t rent here or pay deposit - you will loose your money!
Avoid at all costs. My apartment is incredibly noisy. Soundproof windows haven't made much of a difference, and I'm constantly bombarded by sirens and construction noise. There's also drunk people yelling no matter if it's 4am or 12pm. The management team is superficial - They come across as warm and friendly, but when push comes to shove, they're nowhere to be found. The management of this building is greedy and money obssessed with no regard for tenants who have lived here for multiple years. Every year they come up with creative ways to add charges on top of rent to effectively increase the rent by more than 10%. If you try to talk to the management or leasing office they will either not respond to you or simply ramble a bunch of words that are not responsive to any of your questions. Our experience with The Biltmore was great!! The building is well kept and the apartment was newly renovated. Sound proofing was also very good - you can't hear neighbors at all. The folks in the leasing office were especially great. Vanesa and Justin specifically helped us out a ton when we suddenly needed to get out of our lease early. They were very patient with us trying to find a new tenant and getting them approved to take over our lease. They even helped list the apartment on StreetEasy so we can get more interest.
