I was not expecting much on a quiet Tuesday evening but stumbled on this superb Indian Restaurant. Nice touch to have the chef out front to recommend one of the tastiest indian main courses I have enjoyed (mutton). Good service. A bit pricey but worth the visit to Wolverhampton.
Visited for the first time tonight, the owner/chef and his wife gave us an experience I've never had at a restaurant before. We expressed an interest in the quality of food, so the chef came and showed us the spices, explained each dish, his wife told us about the history of the restaurant and couldn't have been more attentive. I would recommend a visit to experience South Indian cuisine at a standard beyond any balti house around. Truly we've been blown away by the experience tonight.
What can you say about Bilash. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the ambiance in the newly refurbished restaurant is great.

The Bilash is the best restaurants I’ve been to. The food tasted so fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly every time. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and every dish is delicious. The chef even came and spoke to us and make sure we were happy with our food. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service, making you feel looked after from the moment you arrive.
