We passed through Vancouver Island on the way back from Alaska. We had a bald tire that needed replaced. The shop had the tire and installed while we waited. Great job and great service. Thanks!!

Your Radio add shaming people for sourcing out parts for their bikes then attempting to hire you to install these parts is offensive. Your rude overbearing and talking down to people. I will not be shopping at your store for this reason, and I will tell 2 friends who will tell 2 friends. Shame on you
We were heading through town and had a bike issue on a Friday right before close and gave them a call. They had us fixed up and out the door with everyone smiling in no time. Really nice to have independent shops like this in town. Support these guys because you want this type of business in your town. We would have never been helped right away from the corporate owned shops in the cities. Thanks again!!
