I bought a Marin bobcat trail from this place and it has been nothing but problems since.
What a place! Excellent service. Super clean. Did a check on my daughter's bike and didn't even charge me after I offered to pay something. Truly kings amongst men. I would give 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the limit. May the Force be with Bike Zone and those dudes (especially Nathan). Live long and prosper!
Went in to purchase a gift. Initially, it was a good experience in the store. I even called ahead to ensure a specific product type was in their store. The younger gentleman who answered the phone was wonderful and informative. Upon arrival, I looked around the store, trying to decide between a couple of gift ideas. So I've been coming here for a few years and I drive 1 hour out of my way because it's the only place I will purchase my bikes or biking equipment from. The staff is great the store is massive and welcoming. And now I get to take my nephew there and we just purchased a brand new bike for him and I we are so happy. Thanks Joe and his team.
