Very positive experience! Bought my bike from Joe and he set everything up for me to make sure the bike was set up perfect for me. Plus had the added bonus of riding with the guys on Wednesday. These guys are top notch! 5 stars
Staff very knowledgeable explaining every aspect of the different styles, etc. No high pressure to buy. Convenient having a local bike store/repair shop locally.

First of all I want to give a shout out to Neil and his family Dave and working with me over the years and have serve me well I’ll be the first want to tell you if you have a problem and Neil can’t figure it out it’s not worth it at all and you might want to try something different knows a good guy and I love shopping with him and I spend my money any day now in store anytime anytime

I love bike works what a great bike shop! I'm very new to the whole biking thing but that didn't change how I was treated. Everyone that works here knows what's best for you and are extremely helpful. I got my first road bike here and I wouldn't rather go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back!
