This guy is a complete joke, do not take your bike to this man. To be certain it is the correct shop the owner is Charles "The Britt" Ratcliff. I took my bike to Mr. Ratcliff on March 18, 2021 and it is still not repaired. We hade 4 issues on the paint color, which I constantly provided to him what I wanted when he told me he could rebuild my bike for less than the Insurance Adjuster scheduled if I allowed him to use used parts and use auto paint and not Harley Davidson Color paint.
