I love the BIKE SHOP! If anyone is interested in volunteering to take a VO2 max test at MSU please contact me (Angela) angela7771@gmail.com This is an exercise test of aerobic fitness on a bicycle. You’ll get to find out your max heart rate, aerobic threshold, and maximum aerobic capacity. Specific heart rate zones can be used in training and there is no cost to participate.
I recommend The Bike Stop because Jayson and Larry go above and beyond to ensure their customers receive top notch care. I can attest to it because they did a wonderful tune-up on my Mom's bike (even though it's in very rough shape) and charged very little, while many shops wouldn't have touched the bicycle. They even went above and beyond to locate a bottle holder for her bike and installed it for free. This shop has my business. Thanks guys!
