I came here in the past multiple times with different bikes: an electric and gas bike. Both times they delivered! My last visit went pretty smooth! The problem I had with my new latest bike with the rear wheel misaligned when I apply the rear break. I took it to another place and said they can fix the problem and flat out $20. Won't answer the phone most of the time. Cannot leave a message because the mailbox is not set up. Made an appointment to pick up my bike and store was closed. Waited an hour and no one showed up. No one would answer the phone. The only good thing i can say is that the technician, seemed to know how to troubleshoot the bike. He's having issues get parts from Rad Powered for my 6+ ebike. They never answer the phone
I used the shop several times before to have the poked tube replaced and everything was normal. The spare tube would normally last several months. But over the last less than two months I went through three brand new tubes( from the same vendor as before) and three bottles of fluid. The last time the tube collapsed that same day of the repair, did not even have a single ride.
